Peppercorns are white, black, green and pink. These aromatic spices are used by chefs all over the world. Such pepper can be used separately and mix all 4 types. Because their properties and aromas are different, and their combination is simply magical.
Black pepper (from lat. Píper nigrum) is a perennial plant that gives us white, green and black grains. The color and properties depend on the degree of maturation and drying.
Black pepper – the strongest and hottest
White pepper has a completely different flavor, not as fresh as black pepper. It’s less spicy, but still quite hot.
Green pepper is not spicy at all and is suitable for dietary dishes.
Pink pepper is the fruit of Schinus terebinthifolius or Schinus molle. Very aromatic and almost not spicy at all.

And why do you need to eat pepper or a mixture of peppers in food? Why are these spices used so much in the kitchen?
The most obvious answer is that the spices and seasoning enhance the aroma and flavor of the dish.
But that is not all.
A mixture of peppers has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, because it stimulates the appetite and promotes the production of digestive juices. This helps to digest food faster, eliminates its long stay in the gastrointestinal tract.
